Massage for Mind & BodyMassage therapy is an ancient discipline with many variations, and is still one of the most indulgent, relaxing ways to de-stress. It is also of great value for those engaged in sports, soothing over-worked muscles and aiding in the elimination of lactic acid build-up, which causes muscle aches.
Massage promotes whole-body harmony through a unique combination of relaxation and stimulation, promoting peace in the mind and comfort in the body. Our team of registered massage therapists offer a range of massage options from therapeutic to pampering.

Lymphatic Drainage/Detox Massage*This is a special 90-minute massage designed to help remove toxins from the body. Using special oils containing detoxifying agents, the body is massaged along the lymphatic system, stimulating it to eliminate toxic substances. The result is a renewed vitality and energy, helping to restore vigour.
Reflexology massage*Reflexology is natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the hands, feet and ears, which correspond to every part, gland and organ of the body.
There are approximately 7200 nerve endings in each of the feet, which have extensive inter-connections through the spinal cord and with all areas of the body.
Through application of pressure on the reflexes, reflexology relieves tension, improves circulation and helps to promote the natural function of related areas of the body.
